Mission, Vision, and Values

Reclaiming our power as women and fostering individual, collective and ancestral healing.

Mission

Our mission is to embolden women to believe in their innate worth and grow as leaders in their own lives and communities, fueling a rise in feminine power and effecting crucial change for humanity and the earth.

“Each time a woman stands up for herself…she stands up for all women.”

–Maya Angelou

Vision

“Listening each other into wholeness”

We envision a world where one by one women are freed from the grip of past and current trauma. This serves as an evolutionary catalyst for women to find agency to become their highest selves and offer their unique contribution to the whole. Their contribution is matched to the world’s greatest need that they alone are seeded to give. We draw upon the forces of authenticity, presence, love, knowledge and skillbuilding, along with being seen, felt, heard in coherent community spaces to ignite inspired action —evolving a new balance of power between men and women. We acknowledge the privilege and pain white bodied women have endured and the heavier burden black and brown bodied women have carried and continue to carry.

In this unfolding reality the status of women is elevated; power with versus over is the new paradigm for life on earth; higher expressions of feminine and masculine qualities are infused into evolved societal structures; ecosystems of wellbeing, healing, and heightened possibilities are unleashed for the planet, and for past, present and future generations of women, children and men.

“The world will be saved by the western woman.”

– Dalai Lama
